Terms & Conditions
The acceptance of any order by Florafield Ltd T/A Iden Croft Herbs is on the understanding that the
following terms & conditions have been read and accepted.
STOCK
Great care is taken to ensure that all plants sent out from the nursery are true to type and
free from pests and diseases.
There is no guarantee that plants will flower in the same year as purchase.
USE OF PLANTS
Please be aware that not all herbs are edible so if you are in any doubt do not consume.
Do not use medicinal herbs unless under the advice of a qualified medical practitioner.
ORDERS
Orders are accepted subject to plants being unsold or to crop shortages or failure howsoever caused.
We reserve the right to substitute at our discretion unless clearly instructed otherwise.
Please ring the office to discuss your requirements if this causes problems.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All plants are sold at the current price on the day of despatch.
If ordering on the website please pay by credit/debit card by following
the prompts on our secure server.
Orders received through the post can be paid by credit/debit card.
Please do not send cash.
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Edible herbs are zero rated.
DELIVERY
Plants are usually sent via an overnight carrier.
The postal tariff is only valid for the England & Wales mainland. If you are in Scotland, the Islands - inc Northern Ireland or Europe (this includes Eire) please phone the office for a quote on delivery. Please be aware if you do place an order we will have to contact you to increase the carriage charge before dispatch as there will be a surcharge.
DAMAGED GOODS / COMPLAINTS
Please report any shortage, damage or pilferage to both ourselves and the
carriers in writing within three days of receipt.
Do not sign for the consignment if it is damaged or partially missing.
We cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund if this condition is not met.
Damaged goods must be retained for inspection if required.
Complaints can only be considered if made in writing within
seven days of despatch.
LIABILITY
Our liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacement of said plants or
refund of purchase price, at our discretion.
All other claims including consequential loss are hereby excluded.
FORCE MAJEURE
We cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of goods occasioned by
an act of god, strike, lock-out, riot, breakdown of transport, fire
or any other contingency beyond our control.
