2013 GARDEN INFORMATION - open from Easter
As has been the case in the past few years, the gardens have free entry. There is no time limit, bring a picnic and stay as long as you like. (Gates do close at 5pm!)
Please note: This is a mature garden with areas set aside for wildlife - it is never going to be regimented or 'weed free' that stand of nettles is there because they are the main food source for small tortoishell and peacock butterfly larvae.
We have a small light refreshment area within the shop and a tea terrace with plenty of seating outside in fine weather.
The shop is filled with interesting herby products, herbal remedies, gifts, herb, wildflower and vegetable seeds, books, crystals, cards, local honey - we even have a 'collector's corner' this year
