Shipping & Returns


There is free UK delivery on "seed only" orders. Minimum order to qualify is 3 packets. Otherwise a stamp charge of 90p is added


Our plants are sent out in boxes with blister pack inserts. Each box holds 6 plants (with certain exceptions)

Zone 1 England & Wales

 1 to   6  plants  7.50

 7 to 12  plants 10.00

13 to 18 plants 12.50

19 to 24 plants 15.00  each additional multiple of 6 (or part thereof) will add £2.50

Zone 2 Scottish Borders & Zone 3 Central Scotland

 1 to   6  plants  9.50

7 to 12  plants 12.50

13 to 18 plants 15.00

19 to 24 plants 17.50  each additional multiple of 6 (or part thereof) will add £2.50 at checkout

Zone 4 Highlands & Zone 5 UK Islands

Due to high carrier costs we send parcels to zones 4&5 via Royal Mail Signed For.

up to 6  plants  £13.00

up to 12 plants £17.00

Orders over 12 plants (2 boxes) will be quoted for on an individual basis

When we dispatch your order we use an overnight carrier service with a 4pm delivery target which requires a signature on receipt - this is to ensure your plants arrive in optimum condition. If you are unlikely to be in during the day please state an alternative for the driver e.g. leave in shed or leave on patio in the comments box. If nothing is written there we use the default option of leave with a neighbour.

We aim to get orders out to you as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days but please allow up to 3 weeks during busy periods (i.e. spring).


The estimated cost of shipping will be shown on our built-in shipping estimator, after you have added items to your shopping cart.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to deliver plant material to countries outside the EU. If your delivery address is not an EU address, you will not be able to purchase items on this website.

Please report any shortage, damage or pilferage to both ourselves and the carriers in writing within three days of receipt.

Do not sign for the consignment if it is damaged or partially missing. We cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund if this condition is not met. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection if required. Complaints can only be considered if made in writing within seven days of despatch.
