Hello and welcome! You have arrived at the Iden Croft Herbs website.
Designed to be enjoyed by visitors throughout the year, our themed herb gardens have developed and matured over the years. You can follow the winding paths down through the gardens where you arrive at the Victorian walled garden. Enclosed within the warm red brick walls you will find herbaceous borders, trained fruit trees and ageless rosemary basking in the serene atmosphere. There are plenty of seats here so why not take the weight off your feet for a while and just relax.

We hold three full status NCCPG National collections: Mentha, Nepeta (spp) and Origanum all of which are on view in the gardens for you to enjoy and we continue to work closely with the National Council for the Conservation of Plants and Gardens to develop the collections further.

The nursery holds an extensive range of culinary & medicinal herbs, a choice selection of perennials, grasses and native wildflowers, rare treasures from the national collections, heritage herbs and new introductions. Visit the online shop
The gift shop which is also open all year, is packed with fair trade and ethically sourced gifts, herbal oils, lotions and potions and exclusive luxury jams, chutneys and pickles. Just the place for you to be looking for that special present. You can also find an extensive range of herb seeds and Franchi Italian vegetable & flower seeds a selection of which are available in our online shop with free UK delivery here.
After you have worn yourselves out walking around the gardens it might be time for you to visit the Tea room! Also open throughout the year serving tea, coffee, delicious homemade cakes, cream teas and Green & Black's organic ice cream.
